Saigon Cathedral is known as Notre Dame Cathedral of Saigon, originally named Saigon Church, located at 01 Cong xa Paris Street, Saigon Ward, Ho Chi Minh City. Saigon Cathedral is Cathedral Basilica of Our Lady of The Immaculate Conception - a unique and captivating landmark with its rich history, stunning design, and spiritual ambiance, the cathedral draws visitors from around the world. Saigon Cathedral was built between 1877 and 1880 in a famous medieval Gothic Catholic cathedral in Vietnam by French colonists; the Saigon cathedral’s distinctive neo-Romanesque features include the all-red brick façade, stained glass windows and two bell towers containing six bronze bells, was intended to serve the growing Catholic community during the colonial era till now.
